ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

SHIPPING TIME

  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update in the system.

DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Vexoncart is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience this issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
